FAQs for OTS REGISTRATION Process Module

1. Which type of Beneficiary IDs available for Registration


Module?

The Beneficiary IDs which are approved by Tahsildar and sent for printing
are available for Registration Module.

2. How many processes are involved in Registration Module?

Two processes are involved in Registration Module

1. Pre-Registration Checklist
2. Update Registration Process

3. What is the next process, if any pre-populated data is not


correct/mismatch in Pre-Registration Checklist Process and not
proceed for Registration?

For not processing the Beneficiary ID for Registration process because of


data mismatching, the user must click on the “No” Radio button below
the Disclaimer : “I have verified all the Data mentioned above and
proceeding for Registration”.

4. What is the next process, if all the pre-populated data is correct


in Pre-Registration Checklist Process?

Click on the “Yes” Radio button below the Disclaimer: “I have


verified all the Data mentioned above and proceeding for
Registration”.

5. Where the Beneficiary ID is available after successful


submission by the User in Pre-Registration Checklist Process?

The application is available in “One Time Settlement -- List of


Beneficiaries -- “Update Registration Process” in PS/WAS Login

6. What are the precautions shall be taken while doing the


“Update Registration Process”?

 Use this screen for concluding the registration process after all
the requisite signatures have been made (Beneficiary, witness,
Tahsildar, PS, VRO), Photos affixed (Beneficiary, VRO, Tahsildar
(for the first document of secretariat)) and Left Thumb
Impression - LTI (Tahsildar, Beneficiary, VRO and Witness if
needed)
 Only Original Copy with all Signatures and Registration Number
must be scanned after Registration Process

7. In which case the “Jurisdiction” field is not visible in UPDATE


Registration Process flow and what is the solution for this?

The “Jurisdiction” field is not visible because of Non-mapping of SRO-


SECRETARIAT by SROs of Registration Department. Once after
complete mapping of “SRO-SECRETARIAT with all Revenue Villages
shown in the Screen” by the Sub-Registrars of Registration Department
the “Jurisdiction field will be visible in UPDATE Registration Process
flow for the Selected Beneficiary”.

8. Is the “Registration Number is pre-populated” in UPDATE


Registration Process flow?

Yes. Once after completion of SRO-SECRETARIAT mapping by the Sub-


Registrars of Registration Department, the Registration Numbers are
generated by the System and pre-populated for every Beneficiary ID in
UPDATE Registration Process flow after selection of Jurisdiction

9. Who is the “Executants” and whom details shall be updated in


UPDATE Registration Process?

Executants are “Tahsildhars”, the details of Tahsildhars shall be updated in


UPDATE Registration Process. (Or) Under “Section 88-1” If the Tahsildhars
nominated anyone of the Functionary those details shall be updated.

10. What are the system generated parameters in PART – A in


UPDATE Registration Process?
1. Ack No
2. Ack Year
3. DOCT No
4. Registration No.

11. Clarification about the parameters

1. Stamp paper No : Stamp paper Left side Stamp S. No.


2. Stamp Purchase Date : Stamp paper Middle Date field.
3. Execution Date : Date of Execution of the Registration process
4. Presentation Date : System pre-populated the Current System
Date after selecting the Execution Date.

12. Clarity on Habitation details:

Registration Department has provided the Habitation and Locality


details and the same have been shown in PART – C of Habitation
field and Locality field in UPDATE Registration Process.

13. If Habitation Details are not found in PART C in “Update


Registration Process” Screen, what is the solution?

If the Habitation Details are not displayed in PART C of Update


Registration Process, the user may contact to SRO of Registration
Department for escalation of the same to District Registration
Department.

14. What needs to be done by the User, If the Habitation


Details are shown as different with respect to Revenue Village
but Locality Details are correct?

In this case, the User may select the Correct Locality and proceed for
updation of remaining fields for completion of Registration process.

15. For What reason, the system throws the pop-up message
“Due to Reconciliation problem, selected Beneficiary is not
allowed for Registration process”?

Because of the SRO-Secretariat Mapping Not completed, the system


throws the pop-up message as “Due to Reconciliation problem,
selected Beneficiary is not allowed for Registration process”.
