We can see that the number of female respondents are a lot more than the number of male respondents.

Majority of the people belong to the age group of 19-30 years. Followed by the age group of 31-50 and then
by people who are 18 and below it includes school going students. Lastly we have people above the age of
50 years.

31.6% people have an annual income of less than 3 lakhs

26.3 % people have an annual income between Rs 3-6 lakhs
17.1 % people have an annual income between Rs 6-9 lakhs
15.8 %people have an annual income of Rs 12 lakhs and above
Lastly 9.2 % people have an annual income between Rs 9-12 lakhs.

Majority of the people, 53.9% have a graduate degree. 27.6% people are post graduate. And 18.4% people
are school going students.
From the above pie chart it’s clear that majority of the people which is 93.4 % are in favor and they like the
content presented in a Meme Format. And very few people which is 6.6 % don’t like content presented in a
meme format.

In the above pie chart we can see that 44.7% that is (34) people are in a state that some know about the
companies using meme marketing and some are not sure. Followed by 40.8 % that is (31) of them are very
much sure that they have proper idea about the companies using meme marketing to promote their products.
Lastly only 14.5 % that is (11) people are completely unware of companies using marketing to promote their
products. From the above pie chart we can also analyse that some portion of the people or very few people
belong to the category where they don’t find memes interesting and that’s the reason they are not aware of
the companies using meme marketing. Another reason could be that these set of people who are represented
by red area don’t like the way the companies use memes for their product.
From the above pie chart we can analysis that 52.6 % people that is (40) of them understand the context used
in memes. Also there are 44.7% people that is (34) of them are the people who sometimes understand the
context used in memes. Also from the above pie chart it can be analysed that portion in orange are those
people who not all but can understand some or the other context used in memes. Now if we look at the
portion in red it can be easily understood that only very few people don’t understand at all the context used
in memes.
The reason could be that these are the people who come from the era where memes were not popular and in
market.

As we can see from the above the pie chart that most number of people are neutral by the marketing strategy
to purchase their products. It means that they have no opinions about the marketing strategy that affects their
desire to purchase their products i.e., (36). Next is the blue portion which shows that 39.5 % people are
affected by the marketing strategy.

As we can see from the pie chart that Instagram is the most viewed platform for memes, followed by
facebook, followed by youtube and then snapchat that is 3.9 % and then is Twitter and Reddit with 1.3%
each. The reason why Instagram has the highest of all is that they know the value of a great caption. Their
captions tend to be short and simple but at the same time they are easy to read even while scrolling through
the feed. Next is they have broad appeal. This seems inherent to the concept of meme, which is defined by
the popularity. Also facebook and youtube are no longer far away. There also memes have created a very
high buzz for their audience.
From the above pie chart we can see that about 80.3% of the audience like seeing memes in branded content
and the reason is younger audience, and they are more active on social media and they have honest reviews
and the age group also matters in this case. And the red portion that is showing 19.7% of the audience don’t
like seeing memes in branded content that means they are not interested and not likely to see memes in that
content because the reason may be that they don’t follow memes and they don’t create an impact on them .

According to the responses that have been generated it can clearly be seen that mostly people like a meme
while scrolling down the social media. There are another set of people who share the memes because the
reason may be that they might have liked a particular product and want to forward to more people so that
share it further. Next we can see the green portion which shows that 11.8% people only comment on memes.
Now it’s mostly seen that comments could be positive and negative. So it depends what comments are
given. Lastly it is clearly shown through the pie chart that very few people engage directly with the business
entity. It might be so because they might not have proper knowledge about it.

As we can see from the above pie chart that its more or less divided equally. So it depends on the mood of
the audience that how often they like to share internet memes. Some are very involved into memes and share
it daily. Some do it over a week , some once a month because they might be busy with their work schedule
and get time very less and there are some kind of people who don’t find memes interesting at all so they
share it less than once a month.
