- The BNFs fingerprints are not taken while distributing the commodities and no fingerprint records
were observed.
- The BNFs cards are not numbered.
6. Challenges
The main challenges were:
• The Long distance from the district centre.
• The location of some DPs as they were too far away and their roads are so bumpy so we need
much time to reach them.
7. Recommendations:
Provide the above mention DP with needed MUACs.
It is highly recommended to carry out a regular follow up by the DPs supervisors to ensure all the nutrition
materials distribution activities and registration process are well implemented and to follow up with CHVs
work and solve any obstacles may face them.
It would be better if the volunteer’s awareness has been raised by conducting some sessions on how to deal
with the records properly.
It is highly recommended for some DPs to use water tanks supplied by YFCA to enable BNFs wash their
hands.
