Objective
To boost ethical values in order to create a positive work environment by focusing on their soft skills,
awareness on the policies and expectations of the company,laws,regulations and support systems.

Time allotted for training – 3 days

Divide the technicians into two groups of 25 each, taken to two separate areas available to debate
and asked to conclude certain scenarios under the guidance of the trainer.
