Effects of Overexposures This product contains caustic alkalinity which is corrosive to body
tissue.
Emergency & First Aid Procedures Avoid ingestion of this product, particularly in the neat form. In the
event of accidental ingestion drink copious quantities of water, milk or dilute vinegar. Do not induce
vomiting. Seek medical advice at the earliest opportunity. In the event of skin or eye contact, rinse
continuously with fresh water for at least 15 minutes. Again, seek medical advice quickly, particularly in .
the event of eye contact

SECTION 9 - HANDLING & STORAGE
Precautions to be taken in handling and storing Ensure that the operator is fully informed and familiar
with the use of the product. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using chemicals. Avoid skin or eye contact by
the use of suitable protective equipment. Store in the container provided and ensure that the cap is always
secure. Avoid storing near direct heat or in direct sunlight. Do not stack more than two high for extended
periods. Ensure that containers are stored away from thoroughfares where they can be accidentally
damaged
by vehicles, fork lift trucks, etc. Do not store in temperatures below O°C or above 40°C for prolonged
periods.
This product contains caustic materials and therefore should be used carefully, and in strict accordance with
instructions. Avoid ingestion and contact with neat or diluted product with skin and eyes. Gloves and
goggles are essential for skin and eye protection. If taps are fitted to the container, ensure they are of
plastic construction.
