Job description

Manage the replenishment of finished product and raw materials for the Naked Juice business produced at CI with the goal of maximizing availability and
improved plant performance at the lowest total system costs, within a TPM infrastructure.

Major actions and support actions by the Planning Manager or Department:

Manage daily warehouse inventory replenishment levels in compliance to company inventory targets and customer service objectives in both Plant and
3rd party warehouses.
Provide feedback and data to Demand Planning organizations to minimize NCP and availability gaps.
Master Scheduling responsibilities cover an 18 week planning horizon, projecting manufacturing and warehousing capacity demands.
Develop and track appropriate inventory targets by SKU based on demand, volatility, and shelf life.
Track plant schedule adherence and attainment performance and provide directional analysis.
Responsible for managing all packaging material and ingredient supply coordination including maintaining appropriate inventory levels at plant and 5
outside warehouse locations.
Includes responsibility for issuing releases against PO's, load scheduling, delivery timing, and transactional reconciliations for accurate inventory
maintenance and payments.
Direct the Finished Goods and Material Planners to insure proper utilization of planning and scheduling tools.
Insure the application of the principles of run strategy, inventory control and MRP to the management of the business.
Successful candidate will be a "player coach"; having direct hands on responsibility for plant or co-packer finished goods planning as well as the role of the
Planning representative on the plant management team.
Provide Early Management leadership and direction as it relates to new products/packages and ingredients. Lead the change management process for the
facility, including management of supply chain new product and discontinuation planning activities.
Primary contact to company Global Procurement Team, vendors/suppliers on supplier relations and issue resolution.
Lead a department of three Sr. Materials Planners, one Finished Goods Scheduler and one Material and Ingredient Schedulers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
APICS CPIM Certification preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop personnel and strategically plan for continuous improvement of
human resources.
4+ years experience in production, inventory planning and logistics/distribution planning in both a corporate and manufacturing environment required.
In-depth knowledge of replenishment principles, production planning, and MRP along with a good working knowledge SAP
Experience with purchasing and materials mgmt, MRP, MPS, DRP, APS or DP systems required.
Must be able to instruct and educate others in the use of SAP, and effective Production Planning
Ability to develop inventory targets and replenishment plans that take into account the impact of forecast error, fluctuations in demand, and the reliability
of plant, co-packer, and supplier production/quality
Understand the role of co-packers in the Beverage supply chain, and based on internal vs. co-packer options utilize the capacity to meet customer needs,
minimize supply chain costs and manage risk
Understand the business cost structure and ability to analyze cost options to determine lowest total costs
Work effectively with plant personnel, suppliers and stakeholders in demand planning, the business unit, and global procurement to achieve results
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Understand how today's decisions impacts the organization long term, both functionally and financially
Willingness to work off shifts and weekends as needed
