Export Planner

Accountabilities

 Deliver an optimized supply plan across Co-Manufacture & Export to maintain the target stock
holding of all SKU’s within the network and the target SLA for Export BU’s.
 Manage the delivery of AOP volumes of Export BU’s, actively contribute to building the
companywide shared forecast
 Lead and develop customer relationships externally with key accounts and internally with sales
teams
 Create infinite capacity plan (week 2 to 16 weeks)
 Lead the 16 week Demand & Supply Control process.
 Maintain close communication with the transport, warehouse and logistics partners in organizing
the transport to PepsiCo locations or customers;
 Overall coordination the deliveries of Co-Man products and Inter-Company supply through close
communication and escalation of associated service risk.
 Timely communicates Co-Man & Export Plan Orders requirements & exception process according
to weekly demand.
 Review Accolade projects & provide insight on feasibility & potential capacity, service, cost impacts
support NPD launches & phase in/phase out changes by ensuring supply planning systems are set
up in advance
 Balances operational & logistics costs to produce optimal deployment plans and production
schedules
 Reviews and updates schedules daily to insure the key company objectives of customer service
and on time delivery are met.
 Share expertise Share expertise with other planners (e.g. exchange sessions, training for backups)

Qualifications/Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related


field); APICS CPIM certified would be a plus.
 Proven excellent thinking, problem solving skills able to develop creative solutions and implement
them.
 Strong analytical and logical skills (ability to make recommendation after analysing situation)
 Considerable of experience in a Supply Chain / Planning / Logistics role.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain a vast range of working
relationships across multiple functions, cultures and ability to flex styles for effective influencing.

 Ability to work independently across multiple geographies.
