Introduction
This project aims to create a Rehabilitation Robotic Glove for
people who have suffered from severe stroke or any kind of
Cerebral Palsy which results in hand dysfunction or improper
and restricted hand movements. It can be used with ease as per
instructions provided. It is suggested that basic hand exercises
need to be performed first and the need of a
trainer/physiotherapist in early stages of recovery. It will
provide comfort, efficient navigation and hand movements,
freedom to people in order to start normal life again.
We are trying to improve the design and features of the product
in such a way that it can be used by a child in the presence of
an adult as well by an adult whenever required due to
interactive interface as well as practice exercise through
simulation, mirror training and short interactive games.
Some of the features that we would be focusing on include:
• Soft Actuator
• Pump Valve Control System
• Velcro Pad
• Elastic Fabric
• Rehabilitation Device
• Interactive Exercises
• Improved recovery rate than conventional method
