INNOVATION ENTREPRENEURSHIP

As I visualize, some entrepreneurs who are working tend to have a small or seldom or less time for their
family. Especially for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW). They broke up just because of lack of time. Seems both
them have different world that the time is hard to adjust. There are other professional workers that they even
bring their work at home. So, the family bond becomes less and less.
To overcome situation like this is I just need to know my limitations. Follow strictly the schedule. I must know
how to divide my time for friends, workmates and family. In here, Philippines, we have a culture that our priority
is our family so its up to us if we believe in it. Family bonding is the merriest bond ever.

a.) Economy
In order to determine a certain country’s development one element must be include is the
economy before anything else. Activities in entrepreneur will influence country’s economic
performance. This performance talks on how new product is being brought the way or process of
the market and last is the competition.
b.) Education Sector
To learn is to act. An Amy level of educational institution, entrepreneurship is being
implemented or offered. This is to train or teach the student to earn money as well as to help their
family and country for a better living and productivity. Learning comes from educational activities.
Some of this popular educational program in the Philippines are the Technical Education And Skills
Development Authority (TESDA) and Alternative Learning System (ALS).
c.) Personal Growth
Ask I work first time in Cebu City, I learn a lot. I realize that the maturity must be develop.
Seems like I am all-around employee. My employer ask me most of the time to baby sit her
daughter. The habit on our home that we wake up lately it differs to your work. You need to wake
up as early as 4:00 a.m. of the morning even you feel dizzy. I develop my communication skills since
I am a mini-restaurant employee. This where I start to put toes on other shoes. Even I missed my
family so much I still need to continue as if nothing happened.
d.) Family
Entrepreneurship is one way to develop family’s social status in life. Wherein, the family
support it’s member for a potential and developing entrepreneurs. Most families that have a
business tend to encourage their children to follow their footsteps. There are parents also
encourage their children to work after attaining high school diploma to help them in terms of
financial needs.
