1. How much electricity do you use per month?


From June to October – a lot. This os because our guests use air conditioner.
2. How much water is used annually?
A lot. From June to October we need water for swimming pools.
3. What are the electricity bills?
The bills are very very high. We pay too much.
4. What are the water bills?
The bills are also very high. We pay a lot of money.
5. What can be done to reduce bills?
A good solution is to use sollar collectors and limit the time of using air
conditioner.
6. How much rubbish per month does the hotel generate?
A lot. Too much. We have about 1000 clients. They all eat and drink.
7. Would solar panels be good for a hotel? Do you use them?
They are good for the hotel, but too expensive.
8. Do tourists leave a lot of rubbish?
Yes, of course. I mentioned about it earlier.
9. Do hotel guests segregate rubbish?
Sometimes, yes.
10. How does tourism affect the environment in your hotel?

Tourists need more education so that they would know how to deal with rubbish
and they should be more environmentally friendly.

11. What do you do with the waste? Where do you throw away your
garbage?

We have got several companies that deal with different kinds of rubbish , eg.
Companies which deal with paper, plastic and organic waste.

12. Do you encourage your clients to take care of the environment?

Yes, of course. We don’t have much plastic in the hotel. We don’t use bottled
water. The hotel is eco-friendly.

13. What do employees do to protect the environment?

We do a lot of recycling every month. We don’t use plastic.

14. Are energy-saving bulbs used in this hotel?

Yes, all around.

15. Do you think your hotel is eco-friendly?

We are doing our best and try to be.

16. What can be done to make the hotel greener?

Educate clients and the Staff.
