i. What goals will you make to succeed as a strategic leader?

This question focuses on the first P that is ‘Plan’. Setting a goal or objectives

is a first step to plan. To success as a strategic leader, I would emphasize on setting

out SMART goals. SMART is an acronym stands for Specific, measurable,

aggressive, realistic and time-bound. By considering these five factors, I will

develop SMART goals at every step. In present my goal is to build strong

relationships with my peers and customers as strong relationships are preconditions

of risk-taking, innovation and nimbleness (Miller & Miller, 2020).

ii. What specific moves will you develop to accomplish your life goals?

This question focuses on the next P that is ‘Ploy’. It emphasizes on designing

a specific move to accomplish desired goal. To accomplish my desired goal, my

first move is to improve my personality and skills. to build strong relationships,

first, I would focus on improving my communication skills.

iii. What consistent habits will you develop to consistently move forward with your

plans in becoming a strategic leader?

The next P, that is ‘Pattern’ emphasizes on the degree of consistency in the

actions. To achieve my goal, I have to be consistent with my actions and efforts.

To achieve the set goal of building strong relationships at workplace, my specific

move is to improve my communication skills for which I have to be consistently

listen to the leaders, read and make notes. This would help me consistently moving

spoken, trustworthy and team player.

v. What does the strategic landscape look like for you and the future you plan for

becoming a strategic leader?

Lastly, ‘Perspective’, the last P of strategy emphasizes on the interpretation of

the competitive landscape around an individual or an organisation. for me, strategic

landscape looks like full of opportunities. currently, I am working as a sales

assistant, sales are the critical skill that can transform a person into a successful

leader overtime as it taught an individual to be patient, resilient, confident, flexible,

creative and more importantly improves intellectual abilities of a person. The

necessity and need for these qualities are omnipresent. sales is core to every

business and thus, strategic landscape for my current plan seems promising to me.

Keeping a positive attitude is the best way to handle the stressors in both personal and
