Sub.: Declaring Summer Vacation in the schools

Madam / Sir,

Due to heat wave and prevailing situation, it is advised to declare summer vacation in the
schools under your administrative control with effect trom 2nd May, 2022 till 1sth June, 2022 or until
further instructions whichever is earlier except for the schools in hilly areas of Darjeeling and
Kalimpong districts, where in existing academic schedule may continue untilfurther order.

You are therefore, requested to take necessary action accordingly.
