VERY IMPORTANT COMPONENTS DEFINED TO WIN IN THE GAME AND
ALSO ACE THE GAME CALLED LIFE……

POLO is not just a sport, but is the way of life where each and every second we live to give
our best and be the best. Its not just a game played in two teams with four players each on the
horseback, but a realm of legacy and pursuit. This sport carries passion in itself, and its long-
drawn legacy from generations far away from 16th century in India when the Mughals and the
Turks invaded India, and POLO was brought into the being. Henceforth, from those times till
now it is played among the Royals, people term it as the “rich man’s sport” from time
immemorial.
WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT FOR THE YOUTH TO PLAY THIS GAME: WHAT
BENEFITS THEM?
Polo since generations has been a passion that has travelled from generations to generations
as an inherited quality of the blood. Kids from the Royal families are born with being
mastered in this sport. But, learning a collective sport might teach you the most important
lessons of your life.
Being, a team sport polo develops strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
Moreover, it teaches you how to strategize and win over your opponent. These are skills of
life, which will also help you to win in the difficult situations of your life, where these skills
are needed to portray your talent!
Playing POLO also has its health benefits, it improves balance and coordination. Hand eye
coordination is worked to its fullest potential while hitting a ball with mallet on a moving
horse.
Hence playing the sport POLO due to its benefits becomes very important for the youth. As it
builds both hard skills and soft skills of an individual to help them gain success in all spheres
of life. It teaches them to innovate, strategize, focus and endeavour to give their 100% in
what they do.
I strongly urge the youth to indulge in this spectacular game, learn what it takes to be
passionate and live your better tomorrow as an all-rounder benefitting yourself, making your
parents proud and your nation developed!
