Back when we were little kids, the only games

we all knew were outdoor activities that


involved physical presence in the
battlegrounds and required skills, wit, or
strength to outmatch a competitor or rival
team for the purpose of winning or for mere
entertainment. These traditional games
served as enjoyable pastime activities and had
been part of the Filipino tradition for a long
time. Among these Filipino, games is the
Luksong Baka which origin from Bulacan
province located in the Central Luzon of the
Philippines. This game is a healthy form of
exercise that can help to improve our physical
fitness level. It is because playing this game
requires skills such as mobility, stability, and
strength that enable the players to
successfully jump over even at the highest
level of the game. If these skills were applied,
we can make sure that it will help to
strengthen our muscles, making our body
more flexible. Also, it will help to enhance the
arm and leg power as well as increase the
stamina of our body. Furthermore, engaging
with this game will not only improve our skills
and bring enjoyment but also it will bring you
overall personal well-being. Playing this game
is one of the ways that will help to
communicate and socialize with others and it
will help to build camaraderie and
sportsmanship. Players will also practice and
developed values such as discipline, and
cooperation. In this modern era where
technology develops very fast and many
emerging digital devices are being utilized, we
must remember that we, Filipinos, are still
bounded to our culture and tradition and part
of this is our very own Pinoy games. Though
change is the only constant thing in this world,
we must not forget and we should relive the
memories which brought genuine happiness
to us and drew us closer to the people around
us
