A meeting is being organized Inother to estimate the prices of equipments and material, our supplier
who are Alibaba,Lohmann, Dutchmann breeder, Frederick construction.after auditing all our bidders
price we came to conclude that Lohmann will supply 9/10 of materials needed while Frederick
construction will supply 1/10 of materials that is sand , cement,zinc .

Alibaba, Dutchman breeder will be our backup in case of delivery delay.

EXPERT JUDGEMENT

Due to the fact that the scope of our work is fixed we have enter into a FIXED PRICE INCENTIVE FEE
CONTRACT WITH OUR SUPPLIERS. THE sellers may received an incentive if there perform well delivery
in respect to time cost or technic performance
