EDGE SAFETY - DAILY CHECKLIST

This Checklist is intended to force a regular discipline of rounding the building and monitoring fall hazards
and the completeness of the edge safety barriers and penetrations. Any gaps or openings should be identified
and immediately rectified or notified to the senior supervisor of the contractor responsible for
work on that level. This checklist must be completedon a daily basis as evidence of checks and action.
