1. What comes to your mind when you hear the following words?
a. Supervisory
For me, supervisory is the role of observing and providing directions to the people
or activity.

b. Supervisor
Is a person who is in charge of observing the people or activity.

c. Management
Means controlling the group of people in a organization.

d. Total Quality Management

Is defined as a customer-oriented process and aims for continuous improvement of
business operations.

e. Strategic Management
Is the process of setting goals and objectives in order to make a company or
organization more competitive.

2. As an Office Administrator student, what do you think is the importance of this subject to you?
For me the importance of having and studying this subject is to learn more knowledge
about supervising, as a future office administrator supervisory management is fit for us having
this subject helps us to improve our supervisory skills.

3. How do you manage your time schedule as an individual who has a number of tasks to do?
I managed my time schedule by setting and organizing, it helps me to finish all my task in
early and orderly.

4. How do you manage your life in general during this pandemic time?
During this pandemic, first is having safety following the implemented rules in pandemic is
important because being affected by this disease is dangerous. Second is focusing the needs
of my family because this pandemic give us difficult situation. Third is my study, I know all of us
having trouble in this new education, for me, I manage my study by answering and doing the
task or lessons in ahead of time it helps me to do all the task in every subjects in different time.

5. Do you believe that living and surviving depends on your management skill? If no, why? If yes,
why?
Yes, because all of us are managing our life first before managing people. You live better
if you manage yourself in different ways, managing your time and goals give you motivation to

6. What do you think are your salient quality traits that will make you an effective supervisor?
My salient quality traits are leadership, creativity, critical thinking, inter personal skills and
problem solving.
