CONCERNS:
1. Ngaa na VOS ang iya duta? Wala siya kuno kabalo sang ginpirmahan ya.
- The land was covered as compulsory acquisition but Mrs. Yusay requested it nga iVOS.
- CARPO Melma: She should have known because she signed it and she was represented by a
counsel.
2. Ms Yusay said that PARO Tess said that the portion of the 33 ha is defective.
- Land title is defective.
- CARPO Melma: If the landholding was VOSed, it doesn’t need an NOC.
- CARPO Melma said that Mrs. Yusay has 5 landholdings with approved conversion order.
3. Land valuation of 16 ha is too little
- They can file a valuation proceedings to the PARAD questioning the Landbank for the valuation of
the 16 ha.
4. Her issue with Mr. Macasa being included as one of the FBs.
- MARO Domingo said that Mr. Macasa is qualified based on the documentation of DAR.
 - CARPO Melma said that Mr. Macasa is included in the masterlist.
5. Ms Yusay said that the land was not developed despite it being awarded years before.
6. Her lot that was included in the coverage even though Mr.Yusay filed for exemption on 10 landholdings.
- DAR said there was already an order with regards to the exemption.
MARO Domingo said they will give a status of the landholding.
CARPO Melma: 3 landholdings were VOSed. FBs are already installed but the problem is the access road. 5 has
conversion orders and the remaining landholdings, as the Yusays claimed, have an order. CARPO Melma said that
the landholdings are in the central office.
 CARPO Melma requested that DAR Office be CC’ed of the Feb 2020 exemption order.
 CARPO Melma said that if it is an order, it should state the same not a “Notice of Order.”
 CARPO Melma and Sir Raymund of SAC said that most, if not all, of the concerns were already raised,
discussed, and answered before.
 A list of agenda/concerns and rules should be prepared and someone must moderate the discussion. Mrs.
Yusay will be asked to sign the official minutes of the conference prior to the start of the conference.
 Dialogue with Mrs. Yusay will be on the 23rd of July, 9:00 AM. Sir Dante will be the one to inform Mrs. Yusay
of the dialogue.
