About Hey,class:
Our brand name is "Hey,class", our website is http://www.heyclass.cn/, we are
specialized in delivering the native English to Chinese kids or adults by online
teaching.

We have teaching types like 1 on 1 classroom. The students could choose to

have 10 classes, 20 classes, 48 classes and 96 classes as one term according to
their needs; each class is usually last for 25mins or 50mins according to
students' age group.

The reason we are doing this is that we found many people in smaller cities in
China have no access to learn native English from foreigh teachers. And to
make this thing happen, we choose to do what we could do.

Our mission is to make China billingual. We believe that English can link up
China and other countries for making a better world.

What will you need to do for the position?

A.Fill in an online teaching application form.
B.Have an online interview with our recruiter.
C. Be trained for how to use our platform and what to focus on our classes.
D.Have a demo class for students.
E. Be in charge of the students’classes until their term is over.
F. Make sure you will enter in the classroom 5mins in advance for each class.
G.Dress appropriately for teaching class.
H.No drink or drunk before class.
I.Make sure you will use proper words or sentences during the class.

Salary standard:
11 USD（hourly）

When and how will you be paid?

The monthly compensation shall be paid on the 1st working day of the next
calendar month. Teachers can be paid through Alipay bank transfer or Paypal.
We assume the transfer fee charged by the remitting bank, and teachers
assume the handling fees charged by the receiving bank.

What if you are late or absent for the class?

It won't be acceptable to be late or absent without 72 hours notice, the first
time will be warned, the second time will be fired. It will be understandable if it
were in an emergency situation with proof attached.

What are the basic equipment requirements to work for us?

A. Your online classroom should have a clean child-friendly background, a quiet
environment, as well as high-quality lighting and audio.
B. Please prepare a strong Wired DSL Internet Connection The minimum
requirement for both download and upload speed is 10 Mbps. >
