Fiber Reel Module
Purpose:
Provides constant tension on the fiber

Components:
Reel, Constant Force Spring, High Friction Rollers, Bearings, One-Way Bearings, and Axial Spring

Cable Puller Module
Purpose:
Pulls cable out of reel system and cuts to length

Components:
Linear Slide, Stepper Motor/Encoder, Pneumatic
Linear Piston and Parallel Gripper, Modified
Gripper, and Custom Cutting Blade

Overhead Gripping Module
Purpose:
Holds the fiber in place while it is stripped and cleaned, and then places it
on a storage tray

Components:
Pneumatic Angular Grippers, Pneumatic Linear Actuators, Linear Drive,
Carriage Plate

Stripping & Cleaning Module
Purpose:
Strips fiber jacket and cleans the fiber with alcohol wipes

Components:
Angular Gripper, Linear Gripper, Vacuum Cartridges, Brushless DC Motors with Encoders, Linear Drive,
Custom Stripping Blades, Atomizing Spray Nozzle, Pneumatic Linear Actuators, Alcohol Tank

Purpose:

Purpose:
