I am CYRIL C. FRANCISCO, a government employee and a graduate of

Bachelor of Laws. Presently, I am working as Sheriff IV at Regional Trial Court,
Branch 5, Kalibo, Aklan.

Despite our workload in the government, our employer, the Supreme

Court of the Philippines, allows us to have a part-time teaching job in any
educational institution as long as it will not impede the administration of justice
and the services in the government in which we are called for.

Being in the family of educators, it is an honor on my part to apply in your

institution as a part-time teacher preferably in Business Law and/or Philippine
Constitution. Teaching is not new to me as I have been a part-time teacher in
Business Law at Aklan State University, Main Campus, last 2nd Semester of
