Dance is the movement of the body in a rhythmic way, usually to music.

Forms of Dance.

1. Solo Dance – Is a form of dance for one person. It is usually a dance


without a stable pattern. This is more of a freestyling. E.g - Free Medley:
2. Group Dance - This is a type of dance involving a group of people with the
same steps and patterns. E.g Choreography

DANCE FORMATIONS
