Users
Admin
- Approve payroll.

· When a manager adds jobs, the system will ask if the job is approved, not
approved or pending [default], lead number, contract amount*, contract date*,
product*, Profit (percent pay) and payees.
General Manager

upgrade it to an upper level
Confirmation Agent

Representative
- Send leads
- Send Call Request (Lead that has missing information, such as the customer
address. If the representative only has the customer’s name and phone number, he will
send this lead as a call request.

· Earn $10 per confirm plus bonus. The bonus can be any amount.

We will have 2 types of groups: normal groups where all the representatives are in and
Major Groups.
After 3 months with no lead send, the representative account will deactivate automatically.
Creating User Account: When creating a user, the system will assign automatically a 5-digit user ID
in the following format: First and last name initial and 5 random number (WL12345), ask for first,
middle name and last name*, date of birth*, email address*, phone number 1* and phone number
2, Full Address (Street name, city, State, Zip code, Country), identification(same as elite), social
media link (Facebook), financial institution information (bank account number [Routing number
and account number] and the bank name)
Business account: Business name, phone number 1 and 2 and primary email and secondary
address. Serving locations. The system will send an email with the lead attached to each lead
assigned to a company. The system will keep track of all sent to business (history). Login. Calendar.
Leads
Lead number: The system will generate a unique 7 digits lead number for each lead.
Lead status
Cancelled: Cancelled (Red), Out of Coverage Area (Orange), Not Interested, Dead lead, 1 Legger, Not
Home, Unqualified, Project Completed, Bank Turn Down (Pink), Not Covered (Gray) - Note, Went with
Competitor Note
Call Status: No Answer, Voicemail, Call Back (System requested Call Back Date and time), Wrong
Number, PUHU, Do Not Call, Caller Disconnected, Dial Error
Pending: Pending (Yellow), Follow Up, Sent (Assigned is change to Send to), Future Lead
Lead information: Customer first and last name*, marital status, language (English, Spanish or
Bilingual), Address (Street, city, state, zip code) *, Email (we only require email address for solar
leads), Appointment time and time*, product, note. If the product is a solar lead, the system will
request a picture of the electric bill if available, company assigned. After the lead gets confirmed,
the system will send an email to the company assigned if there is a company link to it.
Format for phone number: ###-###-####. The system will add the dash automatically.
Call Request: Lead that has missing information, such as the customer address. If the
representative only has the customer’s name and phone number, he will send this lead as a call
request. The system will ask for a name, phone number and note*, and calling date and time.
Payroll
After the payroll is approved by the admin, the system will send a pay stub by email to each user.
This email will include full name, user id, payday, payment breakdown (Commission, Bonus, Gross
Income, Taxes, Deductions, Net Income). Pay Stub template.
They system will record sales and confirm generate on a specific location (Zip code or city) Part of
marketing report
Dashboard
The dashboard must have a search bar where the user will be able to see the lead, they have access
with.
We use the phone number and product to know if the lead is duplicate in the system.
If the user sends a lead that is already in the system, the system will accept this lead, and mark it as
duplicates. The system will link it up to the previous lead number. The user will receive an error
message. The system will mark the second lead as cancelled automatically.
Representative and supervisor: Dashboard will have on the top “daily leads, “daily confirms”,
“Monthly confirmed lead”, and “Call Request”. Each stat bar will compare to the previous day
The second will be the form where the representative can send the lead.
Confirmation agent and supervisor: Dashboard will have on “New Leads [unconfirmed lead]”,
“Call request”, “Total confirmed [Total lead they marked as confirmed]”, and “Earning.”
The second part will be a list of new unconfirmed new leads, and the form to send new leads under
it.
Admin: News Total Leads, and sales growth for the pay period...and more
Import Leads
Security
5 unsuccessful attempts to login, the system will lock out for 5mn. The will show the timer. After 5
unsuccessful attempts, the system will be accessed to the account and ask the user to contact a
supervisor.
Admin will receive a security code after putting the password in order to log in. After 5mn of
inactivity, the system will log out the administrator.

Import Dispo Lead
- New lead minimum requirement: Last Name, Phone Number (the first one
only), Street name and zip code, product. Any lead below this requirement
will be recognized as a call request. Phone Number and first or last name is
required for call request.
- When login redirects all 404 pages to the dashboard after 2 seconds. If logout
redirect to login page.
