EDUCATION

Every child has the right to access safe, quality education. However, 124 million children across the
world are out of school and 250 million are not learning basic skills as a result of poor-quality education.
Girls, children with disabilities, those from minority groups and children living in poor and remote areas
are most often denied access to education. This has far-reaching consequences on their futures and
those of their families, communities and countries. We promote free, equal access to quality education
for all children-from early learning to secondary education. We work with children, their families,
communities, wider society and governments, and advocate at both local and international levels, so
that all children are able to get an education.

CONNECTING THE PREVIOUS LESSON TO NEW LESSON

their own self and a reason why their grades are lower than the online learners that has internet which
is, they can search all what lecture they’re difficult to understand, and that made them have a high
grade.

ANALYSIS

WHAT: In terms of income, the upper class are usually defined as the top one or two percent of families.
This makes only 2% of the population of the upper class, so that the bourgeois, middle class and lower
class. The lower class typically earns the least, while the upper class earns the most.

HOW: Education is widely viewed as both developing and reflecting individual skills and abilities, and it is
there fore used as a means of social selection. Thus, education enhances social mobility by providing for
social selection based on achieved rather than ascribed characteristics of individuals.

WHY: This is based on my opinion, but it is written as we looked under ourselves in each surface that we
young people, and the society have been encouraged to play fair or to look equal. As a matter of fact,
inequality is still arising, and also poverty sits remain, allegations, accusations and other social problems.
Let’s not continue to tolerate and keep the numbers rise, help people and continue to learn living.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED

ANSWER #1: I think Prince Harry’s social class belongs to upper class while Meghan Markle’s before
marrying Prince Harry, her social class belongs to lower class because her previous jobs are not those
from corporate world, and she doesn’t have a particular permanent job. The income couldn’t even
afford her a comfortable lifestyle.

ANSWER #2: I think Prince Harry’s social status is called ascribed status because his social status has
already been decided since birth, he was the sixth in the line of succession to the British throne.

ascribed status and personal achievement or achieved status in a way that allows some social mobility.
