interconnections Among The Topics

Being a teacher is a big responsibility for us, because we have to educate

children to be better and have to instill values that are useful for children in the
future. Starting from that responsibility, being a teacher must pay attention to many
factors for the smooth learning process such as a systems approach, instructional
design, writing learning objectives for language assessment principles, assessing
language skills and learning plans.

The first is to pay attention to the systems approach, which is our way of
seeing an object/event as a system consisting of interrelated parts to support the
achievement of predetermined targets. The systems approach to instruction
contains the concept of teaching and learning as an event/process that consists of
several elements (teachers, students, media, methods, evaluations) all of which
interact cooperatively to encourage the efficiency and effectiveness of human and
non-human resource management.

The second step is instructional design, instructional design is the creation of

teaching materials. Although, this field goes beyond creating teaching materials, it
carefully considers how students learn and what materials and methods will most
effectively help individuals achieve their academic goals.

There are several examples of instructional design in education today such as

the Dick & Carrey's model, the Kemp model, and the ADDIE Model. Of the three
instructional designs, of course, each has similarities and differences. The equation is
that all of the model has an evaluation part, All of the model has a part that used to
create a program and material design first before implementation, the system
approach that is focused by both models are on the input, the output, and the
process of designing the curriculum.

Furthermore, the difference is, The Dick and Carrey's model shape is a
schematic diagram. Then kemp's and ADDIE'S model are circular, The detail of every
model also the difference between them. The dick & carrey's model is more
comprehensive than kemp's model and ADDIE Model.

Our third step as teachers must also pay attention to learning objectives,
which are meant here are measurable goals that guide the use of instructional
activities in the ongoing educational process. The goal is to focus on learning
outcomes for students rather than the actions taken by the teacher. There are 4
things that must be considered in writing learning objectives, namely, Audience,
Behavior, Condition and Degree.
Learning objectives should always specify the audience they are intended to
serve. Usually, the audiences are participants in a given training program. For
example in the phrase “learners will be able,” the learners are the audience.
Although there may be different groups of participants in a training program such as
learners, instructors, supervisors and facilitators, the objective should describe the
exact intended audience. This helps in making the objectives measurable. Behavior is
verb / action that you can measure or observe objectively. Condition is The condition
identifies actions materials and/or tools that will be accessible to the learner while
his/her performance is evaluated. The last is degree The degree is the level of
proficiency required to indicate successful completion of the objective.

There are five major principles of language assessment; practical, reliability,

validity, authenticity, and wash back. Teaching is not only about delivering
knowledge to the students but also about constructing students' understanding. The
effective test is practical mean that it is not excessively expensive, is relatively easy
to administer and has scoring or evaluation procedure that is specific and time
efficient.

The next is assessing language skills, there are many language skills in
education such as Listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Assessing Listening is the
process of assessing the spoken text through the auditory. insights. It requires the
ability to recognize the spoken input with the auditory capacity and. the knowledge
of spoken languages. The task and the activities are served in six listening. In the
speaking we can use a duplicate The ability to simply parrot back (imitate) a word,
phrase, or possibly a sentence is at one end of a continuum of types of speaking
performance.

Reading and writing processes both include at least three parameters: (i)
active construction of meaning, (ii) interactiveness, and (iii) activation of schemata.
process of decoding what the writer expressed in the text and extracting meaning
from the text. Both are cognitive processes. Both necessitate logical thinking. Both
are among five critical sub-skills of mastering the English Language (the other three
being listening, speaking, and thinking. Reading is putting the author's thoughts into
your mind, whereas writing is putting your own thoughts on to paper

In the last we have lesson plan, A lesson plan is a document that outlines the
content of your lesson step-by-step. It's a list of tasks that your students will
undertake, to help guide your teaching. A lesson plan is usually prepared in advance
and can either cover a one-off activity, an entire lesson, a unit or course, a day, or a
week

To become a good teacher in the future, one must understand all of these
carefully and thoroughly without any one being left behind because this is an
important element of being a good and useful teacher in the future of children.
