To share about that to find out what injector is damaged.

Failure/Problem

To replace the injectors.

Symptom

Black smoke, engine rpm drop when arm boom travel operation.

History
3200 hours.

Cause & analysis

We assembled that the problem was fault of the injectors. We touch the high pressure fuel pipe line that
have between common rail and injectors, to check the vibration of the fuel pipe. The fuel pope 4 and 5 are
different the vibration of the other 4pcs. The injector 4 and 5 are damaged.

Action

We changed the injectors.
