Outline

Introduction of the Wire Harness for the measurement of the

common rail pressure sensor voltage to compare against normal
working voltage (around 1.8V) (6WG1 engine) when cranking the
engine.

NB: This harness can only be used on ZX-3 models with fitted with
common rails.

Common Rail Voltage check
• Check if connection of wire harness are not so proper first.
• check Common Rail Sensor out-put voltage using multi tester as
attached photo.

Blue/White: Ground
Brown: Out put Signal
Blue: Power Supply

Procedure
1. Slow Idle 900 rpm (P mode) without load. Voltage should be #.# to #.# V  
2. Fast idle 1650 rpm (P mode) without load. Voltage should be #.# to #.# V
3. Fast idle with Relief position. Voltage should be #.# to #.# V
