PROBLEM OF FRTU

1. How many ampe does FRTU can be supply to all output?

Modem Power : DC24V 1A Output

Battery : DC24V MAX 15A Input Q. How many change current for battery?
A. Battery Charging : 27VDC 300mA
Motor Power : AC MAX 15A Input

2. LBS can be use Auto Sectionalize function to trip but Led trip not lit.

We think that trip led lamp of your RT-200P may be broken.

First, carry out all led lamp test.

3. Simulation current to test sectionalize function by Test JIG. Insert only one phase but the screen displayed
two phases and neutral.

You have to check the connection of current input.

We think that A Phase and Current Com may be changed each other.
So, you need to check it
Q. Why must be to change?
A. The pin arrangement of 37pin receptacle doesn’t have been changed.

 4. Insert current only one phase but event log FI recorded three phases and neutral.

We think that it may cause that you might have changed the current channel switch during flowing
flowing the fault current.

Some data are not reasonable data during single phase input power and 3 phase input power.

RT-200P has been saved the peak fault current between starting fault current and finishing no voltage
of opening LBS.

Please check it again that you carried out the testing under changing the current channel switch.

The input voltage range of RT-200P is 2~6VAC.

 We think that you carried out over 6VAC or under 2VAC input voltage

Or you did not supply the input voltage

Q2. If you carried out by relay testing equipment, What is the relay setting value
[input current and phase] ? No, only by Testing Jig.

Q3. Operating Mode : If you operated RT-200P as a Sectionalizer, we need operating mode value
and operating count value?

Q4. What is the firmware version of RT-200P when you carried out RT-200P?,
Pls inform us firmware version number? Firmware 1.2.7

5. Why does power P, Q, S displayed minus? The current is plus.

We think that you may be connected reversely between the source side and the load side of LBS.
Please check the source side and load side of LBS.
Current phase will be reversed 180 degree if you connect to change the source side and the load side of
LBS each other.

Please update 1.2.8 firmware of RT-200 if you set to change the source side and the load side of LBS each
other.

Please set menu 2. system Config -> 1. I/O Config -> 6. CT Direction -> Direction [FWD/REV]
