1. Title bar: The title bar of excel is the heading, it tells us the title of the document.
2. Control box: control box is the panel on the right top side of the screen which contains three elements i.e.
minimize, maximise and close button.
3. Tabs: tabs are referred to sub headings which are on the top of the page under the title.
4. Ribbon: the ribbon is the horizontal rectangle box which contains various functions which can be used to
perform excel.
5. Groups: groups are collection of similar commands clubbed into one space.
6. DB Launcher: The DB Launcher pops up a small box which has further modifications to the group or
advance functions of the group which cannot be fitted in the ribbon.
7. Name box: Name box helps to identify which particular cell is selected
9. Cells: Cells are the intersection of a row and column on the spreadsheet.
10. Spreadsheet: It is a huge sheet having data and information arranged in rows and columns.
11. Book/Workbook: A workbook is a file that contains one or more worksheets to help you organize data.
