Reference the subject matter above, the Management upon reviewing your explanation / guilty
finding of the Domestic Inquiry held on _______________, has come to the conclusion that
your act(s) of misconduct cannot be condoned or accepted.

However, the Management notes that Dismissal may be too harsh a punishment in view of the
nature of the misconduct and in view of this, the Management has decided to demote you from

Please take note that your performance and attitude will be monitored and over time, should
the Management note that you have improved in your performance, attitude and character,
you will have the chance to be reinstated into your original position prior to the demotion.
