OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. You shall be entitled to SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth coverage, SIL, 13th month, O.T., rest and holiday pay (if applicable) as well as other benefits required by the law.

2. NO WORK NO PAY policy shall apply. Your work schedule shall be stipulated by your immediate supervisor which may vary from time to time. Your salary and benefits
will be in accordance with the Service Agreement with the client where you are assigned to. Thus, you shall have no vested rights to the salaries and benefits (including
Transportation, Meal, Communication and Other Allowances stated above) provided by a particular Client as to deprive the Company of its prerogative to
transfer/deploy/assign you to other clients when required by business demands, provided that the salaries and benefits comply with the minimum wage mandated by law.

3. In cases of fixed-period employment, your employment shall bring to a close upon the end of the period and date indicated above. It is agreed, however, that the
Company reserves the right to terminate your services even prior to the end of the above period in the event you fail to obtain a satisfactory rating in the performance
evaluation, or that your services are no longer needed, or for other causes herein provided. In the event the Company terminates your services during your fixed-period
employment, you will be entitled to collect only your salaries up to the end of the working hours of the date of termination of said employment. Company may also extend the
period of this Employment Agreement if your services is still needed.

4. A Performance Evaluation shall be regularly conducted. The attached specific description of your work and Key Results Areas (KRA), if any, and other standards herein
provided, will be used as basis in evaluating your performance.

5. You are expected to perform your duties and responsibilities with due diligence, sense of commitment and in accordance with standard operating procedures and quality
manuals applicable to your position. Also, during your employment, you may be assigned to any workstation as deemed necessary by business demands.

6. It is your duty to strictly comply with all Company rules and regulations, including the Employee Handbook, as well as applicable rules, requirements, penalties or charges
(when needed), standards and instructions of Clients/Projects.

7. There shall be no employer-employee relationship between you and the Client you are assigned to.

8. Your services may be terminated by the Company for unsatisfactory/substandard performance, for violation of any Company/Client’s/Project’s regulations and
requirements, and for just and authorized causes under the law.

9. The Company likewise reserves its rights to terminate your employment, even prior to the expiration of your fixed-period employment or project (as the case may be), for
any of the just and authorized causes provided by existing law, or for failure to: (a) obtain satisfactory rating for two (2) consecutive performance evaluation; or (b) comply
with the KRA for two (2) consecutive months.

10. Should you abandon your work or resign without a 30-day prior written notice, you shall be liable to the Company for damages.

11. Final Pay may be claimed 30 workdays upon receipt of your Clearance by HR or within three (3) years from last day of work, otherwise such claims will be forfeited in
favor of the Tru-North Consolidated Inc.
