EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

EMPLOYEE agrees that in the event of undertime/lates, he/she shall


be deducted accordingly, and that prior to being eligible for
overtime/holiday/premium pay, he/she shall be required to secure
management approval prior to rendering overtime/holiday/rest day
work.

EMPLOYEE agrees that in an exercise of management prerogative


done in good faith, the EMPLOYER may, with reasonable prior
notice, change the place of assignment as may be needed by the
exigencies of business.

Government Mandatories The EMPLOYEE undertakes to submit the necessary documents for
COMPANY to facilitate membership and the corresponding
deductions for SSS (Social Security System), PhilHealth (Philippine
Health Insurance Corp.), and PAGIBIG (Home Development Mutual
Fund).

Should EMPLOYEE fail to submit the requisite documents for


membership and enrollment into the said systems, EMPLOYEE
waives, for himself and in behalf of his heirs and assigns, and
releases COMPANY from any liability pertaining thereto.

Confidentiality You agree to keep confidential all records, documents, and

information pertinent to the Company’s business affairs, and that no
unauthorized disclosure or reproduction of the same shall be made
by you to person at any time during and after your employment with
the Company.

End of Employment The EMPLOYEE may terminate this Contract of Employment by


providing 30-days prior written notice to the EMPLOYER.

Failure to comply with the said notice period shall result in the
Company deducting the corresponding daily wage from the final pay
for every day not served in the said notice period.

The EMPLOYEE acknowledges that the EMPLOYER may terminate


this Contract of employment for just and authorized causes as
provided for by law.
