OTHER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTS

1. You shall be entitled to SSS, Pag ibig, SIL, 13th month and Phil health coverage, O.T. rest and holiday pay (if
applicable) as well as other benefits required by the law.

2. NO WORK NO PAY policy shall apply. You will be working 6 days a week, 8 hours a day. Your work schedule
shall be stipulated by your immediate supervisor which may vary from time to time. Your salary and benefits will be in
accordance with the Service Agreement with the client where you are assigned to.

3. You are expected to perform your duties and responsibilities with due diligence and sense of commitment and in
accordance with standard operating procedures and quality manuals applicable to your position.

5. It is your duty to strictly comply with all Company rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, health,
sanitation, safety, attendance, punctuality, proper care and diligence in handling of Company assets, appropriate
conduct and decorum within Company premises or place of assignment, as well as applicable rules, requirements,
standards and instructions of Clients/Projects.

6. There shall be no employee- principal relationship between you and the client you are assigned to.

7. Your services may be terminated by the Company for unsatisfactory/substandard performance, for violation of
any Company/Client’s/Project’s regulations and requirements, standards and instructions of Clients/Project.

8. Should you abandon your work or resign without a 30-day prior written notice, you shall be liable to the
Company damages and the Company will have the right to take appropriate action regarding the said offense.

9. Final Pay may be claimed 30-60 work days upon submission of clearance or within three (3) years from last day
of work, otherwise such as claims will be forfeited in favor of the Bayloni Manpower Services.

Note: This Employment Agreement is in compliance with D.O. 174 of the Department of Labor and Employment.
