PETITION OF LEGAL SEPARATION AGREEMENT

1. Respondents CHRISMA B. EDER and respondent VIRGILIO M. EDER met each

other sometimes year 2001. A copy of the marriage certificate is here to attached
as“ANNEX A” an make an integral part of the petition.
2. After the marriage , the couple decided to settle in 0038 P. Camia, Magsaysay,Mainit,
Surigao del Norte , where they build their family.
3. The union produced two (2) children ; namely ALIYAAH B. EDER born on June 19,
2008 and CHRISLIORY B. EDER born on November 04,2010.
4. The respondents agreed that they separate for the reasons that;
a. A petitioner had an emotional torture for being cheated by his husband.

c. Always an argument by their affairs.
