I. Ideal Self

The real self is the thing we are characteristically. It’s the self that feels generally consistent
with what and who we truly are. In this picture we can see that the man looks heavyweight person and
we can feel his insecurities on his body. He is thinking that what if his body looks like a bodybuilder? He
is thinking of his ideal self, He believed that he will be loved and accepted if he looks like his ideal self.
Sometimes having an ideal self is not easy as we think, you will have extremely expectations of yourself
and it can be detrimental to our mental health.

II. The ideal self is our hope and dreams in life. What do you do to develop your Me-Self, I-Self
and Real-Self?
I-Self
 Separate myself and distinguish myself from my surroundings and permitting myself
to turn out to be more mindful. I need to associate with myself, I need to consider
difficulties as a way of developing myself and know who am I.

Me-Self
 I need to develop my physical gestures and be a mentally fit. To develop my social
skill and communication skill I always have time to be with my friends and coping
with the things that I need to develop my Me-Self. I also giving myself enough time
to sleep.

Real-Self
 In order to develop my Real-Self I need to find what am I passionate about, finding
what thing am I good about. Dealing with my problems on how to deal with it. I
practice self-talk. Giving time to myself to become more aware of my action and if I
make a wrongdoing I always talk to myself and think on how to correct it and do
what the best I can do.
