Introduction:
Robotic evolution starts with some basic ideas. It minimizes the humen efforts and it can be deployed in a lot of fields like
military, surveillance application, industrial pick and place Robots latest humanoid robots are developed in the modern
world. Now a day’s robotic cars are developed by using wireless technology. Wireless technology in robotics starts with
Wi-Fi, communication. Based on the requirement and application they deployed the communication in projects.

(1). NODE MCU ESP 8266 (Wi Fi Connector):

NODE MCU is an open source development board and firmware based in the widely used ESP8266 WiFi. It allows you to program
the ESP8266 WiFi module with simle and powerfull programming language. The ESP8266 17 GPIO pins (0-16) however you can
use only 11 of them , because 6 pin (GPIO-6-11) used to connect the flash memory.

(2). L298 Motor Drive:

The motor drive is an module for motors that allows you to control the working speed and direction of two
motors simultanerusly. This motor drive is designed and developed based L298n.

The L298N is a dual H.Bridge motor drive which allows speed and direction contro of two DC motors at the
same time. The module can drive DC motor voltage between 5V & 35V and peak current upto 2A.

(3). Jumper Wire:

A jumper wire is an electrical wire or group of them in a cable; with a connector or pin at each end which is
normally used to interconnect the components of a bread board.

(4). Gear Motor:

A gear motor is an all in one combination of an electric motor and a gear box. This make it high torque, low
speed application.

Methodology:
The working prototype of WiFi controlled Node MCU begains with connecting motors with wheels a bit of
soldering work which includes motor to be connected to the socket of driver.

Before connecting the motor with the provided L298n motor driver. We have a most significant principle to
follow-

We should run the code before getting through the arduino UNO.

Then we should check the mobility of the WiFi controlled car forward, backward, leftword, rightword
conditions. By means of certain application in a mobile phone.We can connect the IP address through which the
car is being controlled.

In case of any discrepancies we should whether the power supply is in a proper way. There may be any loose of
contacts with the soldering which is done.

We should not overrate the power supply more the RV. That’s how this prototype works.

Feasibility Study:

Application and Future scope:

1. Industrial to perform the remote controlling task.


2. Military to donate a buried bomb.
3. Security guard to monitor restriction area.
4. For home automation.
5. For control wheelchair for handicapped.
6. Can be used as surveillance robot.

Limitation:
The limit distance of radio signal to control an RC car which connects to the server site.
Remote car is not using accelerometer concept and just using left and right button.

Conclusion:
This ideology can be used in automation, industries, real-time control system engineering, industrial purposes.
The whole prototype is applicable in both PC as well as android mobile with a Wi-Fi technology. A physical
living matter can end up with imperfections but, a built-in prototype can’t make imperfections errors. This
ideology may posses finite drawbacks as similar with IoT.
