III. Pengendalian Mutu Produksi
a. Minimal diambil satu kali pengambilan benda uji untuk setiap mutu dalam satu hari pengecoran atau,
b. Minimal diambil satu kali pengambilan untuk setiap volume, 114 - m3 ( 150 cu yd ) untuk setiap mutu dalam
satu hari pengecoran atau,
c. Minimal satu kali pengambilan untuk pengecoran konstruksi plat atau dinding dengan luas (5000 sq ft)
464.5 m2.
Sesuai hal tersebut diatas maka pengambilan benda uji diatur sebagai berikut :
Untuk Pengecoran precast maka jumlah sample diambil 4 sample dengan rincian
pengetesan adalah :
1 Buah umur 5 hari
1 Buah umur 7 hari
2 Buah umur 28 hari
Pengambilan sample sesuai dengan ASTM C.172

IV. Evaluasi Penerimaan Beton
Ketentuan Umum
a. Satu hasil test adalah dari 2 benda uji dalam sample yang sama.
b. Evaluasi berdasarkan 30 atau lebih hasil test (Umur 28 hari) yang dihitung dengan rumus :
f'c = fcr - 1.34 S
c. Untuk hasil test, 15 s/d 29 untuk Deviasi Standar dikalikan Faktor koreksi :
d. Secara khusus kekuatan dari masing2 mutu sesuai dengan yang disyaratkan :
1. Rata-rata dari semua pasangan tiga hasil test berurutan sama atau lebih dari f'c.
2. Tidak ada satupun hasil test (Rata2 dua Cylinder) dibawah f'c.

Plastiment -V105
Mid-Range Water-Reducing Admixture
Product Plastiment® -V105 is a highly effective liquid Mid Range Water Reducing
Description admixture for the production of medium to high workability concrete
Plastiment® -V105 is chloride free admixture and is compatible with all types
of Portland Cement including Sulphate Resistant Cement (SRC).
Construction
Uses Plastiment® -V105 is suitable for the production of site mixed as well as ready
mixed concrete
Used for concrete with extended transport or placing times
Used for concrete in hot climates where long slump retention is required
Used for concrete using high absorbent sand
Used for concrete using high percentage of quarry dust

Note:
Typical dose rate is 0.30% -0.50% by weight of cementitious material for
normal absorbent sand e.g. silica sand
For use in high absorbent sand e.g. volcanic sand or in the case of use of
more than 30% of quarry dust (manufactured sand) the typical dose rate is in
the range of 0.45 – 0.90%
For more specific requirements, advice is available from our Technical Service
Department to determine the usage rate for optimum results.
Application Instructions
Dispensing Plastiment® -V105 shall be dispensed with the mixing water into the truck mixer
Do not dilute Plastiment® -V105
Application Method / The standard rules of good concreting practice, concerning production and
Tools placing, are to be followed.
Laboratory trials before concreting on site are strongly recommended when
using a new mix design or producing new concrete components.
Fresh concrete must be cured properly and as early as possible.
Cleaning of Tools Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
Hardened / cured material can only be removed mechanically.
Notes of Application / When accidental overdosing occurs, Plastiment® -V105 does not entrain
Limitations excessive amounts of air, however the set retarding effect increases. During
this period the concrete must be kept moist in order to prevent premature
drying out.

Description A highly effective water reducing agent and superplasticizer for promoting
accelerated hardening with high workability.
Complies with A.S.T.M. C 494-92 Type F
Construction
Dispensing Sikament LN can be added to the gauging water prior to its addition to the dry
aggregates or separately to the freshly mixed concrete (on the batching plant or
on site into the truck mixer) where added to truck mixer on site, further mixing for
three to five minutes should be carried out.
Pre-trials are recommended if combinations with the above products are required.

Handling
Precautions: Avoid contact with skin and eyes
Wear protective gloves and eye protection during work
If skin contact occurs, wash skin thoroughly.
If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with warm water and seek medical attention
without delay.
