Objectives:
- to improve people's cardiovascular health.
- to make people have fun doing each run courses.
- to increase cardiovascular fitness and lose weight.
Theme: A 5km run to regain cardio, not to force the participants but to
regain their cardio slowly. Every 1km has a pit stop with beverages that are
ready for the participants. Those pit stops will serve as a stepping stone of
the participant in this program. It is a checkpoint and a reminder of how
far that participant ran.
