INTERPERSONAL SKILLS Do the candidate’s skills in working with others and communication during the interview show the ability to work as a team member and offer excellent guest service? 7. JOB REQUIREMENTS Will the candidate be able to meet the required work scheduled? 8. GROOMING & HYGIENE Does the candidate show or say that he/she will meet standards of appearance and cleanliness? 9. SOCIAL ACTIVITIES Is the candidate involved in any social activity groups? Does he/she do any sport/leisure activities in his/her spare time? 10 FUTURE PLANNING . Does the candidate have a clear vision for his/her future career in the industry?
