PFC media want me to upgrade their software.

They are currently using outdated software

that was purchased since the company was founded.
PFC are anxious about the security of their current computers as they are running outdated
versions of windows and open office.

OS upgrade
I have done a soft install of windows 10 on the computer.

Office application upgrade

I have installed libre office version 7.3. libre office is based on open office as they are both
open source and are free.

Installation of vector-based image editor

I have installed Inkscape version 1.2. Inkscape is a vector-based image editor.

Easier ways to easily access commonly used programs

An easy way to access programs easily would be to either use the windows key or the
search bar next to it.or right click a software you want to shortcut and click shortcut
Other methods of accessing desktop programs with the keyboard
I have found an easy way to access regularly used programs with a keyboard shortcut, first
right clicks the program you want to shortcut then click properties, then you go into shortcut
tab and finally insert a key you want to shortcut the program to, it will be ctrl + alt + the
chosen key and it will open the program.

I have added an ad blocker extension on chrome browser

13. I right clicked a software and clicked properties
14. I clicked on shortcut and inserted a shortcut key starting with ctrl + alt
15. I tested it by using the shortcut combination
