DANCE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

The project entitled as “DANCE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”

synchronizes the student details of the entire dance class. It looks on all aspects of students
details. This package is originated using front end as ASP.NET, coding C# with SQL Server.
This package requires Visual Studio IDE in the server for processing the WebPages and
client systems requires Windows operating system and one web browser like internet
explorer.

There are number of students, student’s result details handle in this project. If
information of any one of them is needed for any use then it is a very difficult task. Storage of
data and information on the computer allows reduction of paper filling and other mundane
tasks.

Dance School Management System tracks all the details of a student from the day
one to the end of his course which can be used for all reporting purpose, tracking enrolment,
progress in the course, final exam results and all these will be available for future references
too.

This project maintains the student details, student result details of various dance class
details. The system provides an attractive and easy to handle user interface which follows
web based standards. Considerations have been given at the design and development stages
of the package in order to ensure data integrity and security. It is highly user friendly. No
deep knowledge of computers is required to operate this system.

1. Admin Login for doing Registration for Students

In this module the admin login their session using their user name and password after
login their admin used to fill student registration (user name, type of dance…etc) after
completing student registration by admin he can view student detail and he allocate semester
fees…etc. at the completion time of student will be send to the student mail.

2. Admin Login for doing Registration for Staff

In this module the admin login using Admin fill the staff registration after completing
the staff registration by admin he can view staff detail and he allocate the completion time of
staff will be send to the user mail.

3. Class Schedule
In this module a course is a unit of teaching that typically lasts one academic term, is
led by one or more instructors (teachers), and has a fixed roster of students. It is usually an
individual dance. Students may receive a grade and academic credit after completion of the
course.

4. Student Login
In this module the student login (user name, password) allocate by the admin to the
student using this ids they can get (new password). Student can select type of dance like
Folk , Western, Bharatanatyam
5. Student payment
In this module the student login (user name, password) allocate by the admin to the
student using this ids they can get (new password). The student payment details include the
student studentno, and credit card number and then fees type enter in this module.

6. Staff View Student Details

The staff views the student details and student fees details in this module. The Module
includes the student studentno, class and then fees details include the amount. Also the staff
view the own details.

7.Student Result
In this module include the student mark details. The student regno, name ,type of
dance etc…The details are stored in the database. The student result details view by admin
and student.
