1. Why employee training is important?


- Training is a structure which helps their employees to develop their skills and knowledge related to the
area of work. Giving proper training to the employees is a long lasting success for any organization. All
employees wants to be competitive and to achieve something in their work area, this could be only
possible if they get proper training in their field. Therefore, giving proper training to the employees can
precede a good team work among them.
2. Who benefits most in the training (employees or the company).
- The company , because when employees undergo training, it improves their skills and knowledge of the
job and builds their confidence in their abilities. This will improve their performance and make them work
more efficiently and effectively. So that the companies gain and retain top talent, increase job satisfaction
and morale, improve productivity and earn more profit
