PROJECT TIMETABLE

JANUARY 2022 1. - Each partner will establish project boards.

2. - Contact person and dissemination board will make presentation and


conduct a conference to the all members of the organisation to introduce the
project.

-Legal representative and dissemination team will organise a project


introduction meeting for stakeholders and media.

1. - Participants will be determined clearly, and meetings will be organised to


inform them and to underline some important cases that they should care.

-A detailed agreement will be signed with participants in all participant
organisations. In this agreement, the duties and responsibilities expected from
the participants will be clearly defined.

- Group leaders will implement studies called “Preparations Before Mobility”


with participants.

-An online meeting will be organised among participants from all partner
organisations led by group leaders. In this meeting participants will clarify the
road map of the process. They will determine their one participant leader
from each country, they will review the plan and they will determine final
release of the plan according to changed conditions.

3. - Each partner will plan a seminar that will be led by experts of related
areas, in order to keep participants in safety and protected before mobility
and prepare them for other in-cycle activities of the project that including
topics in two parts of personal health, self-protection and discrimination,
mental health, well-being.

3. -Dissemination team will prepare materials (leaflet, banner, brochure etc.) to


use them for project introducing.

-All partners will design 3 draft logos of the project. (virtual component
before flow)

-Evaluation Boards in each partner will prepare 2 different surveys (pre-test


and final test) together .They will conduct to the 40 members in their
organisations the survey (pre-test) by using Google form. They will evaluate
surveys through LIKERT scale, compare results between surveys.

-Evaluation Boards will gather statistics about usage of paper /electric,


recycling, waste oil, tree planting rate from relevant governmental bodies
such as municipality, schools and forest directorate etc.
4. - Legal representatives will organise meeting with project board leaders for
the evaluation of budget and time management.

-Coordinator will organise online meeting with partners to evaluate activities


carried out and will be carried out.

-Coordinator will request partners’ monthly implementation reports. Besides,


all partners will upload their documents (images, videos, presentations,
reports etc.) of activities on project’s online platforms. (Google drive, social
media, YouTube etc.

5. - Each partner will plan a seminar that will be led by experts of related areas,

-Coordinator will organise an online voting to determine the official logo of


the project. (virtual component before flow)

-Dissemination Boards will prepare an Erasmus and project information


corner in their bodies.

-Evaluation Boards will prepare two surveys. The participants will fill the two
surveys (participant satisfaction survey and mobility assessment survey)
through Google form after the mobility.

-Coordinator will organize an online meeting for all participants from all
partners in order to meet, start communication and cooperation.

-Coordinator will organise online meeting with partners to evaluate activities


carried out and will be carried out.

-Coordinator will request their monthly implementation reports in the first


week of each month. Besides, all partners will upload their documents
(images, videos, presentations, reports etc.) of activities on project’s online
platforms. (Google drive, social media, youtube etc.

MARCH 2022 - Group leaders will implement studies called “Preparations Before Mobility”
with participants.

Management Boards will give all information about activities to


disadvantaged participants before mobility. Boards will explain types of
activity, rules, their roles/responsibilities, expected results, etc. Boards will
conduct online meeting among all participants. With this way participants
will be familiar with each other before mobility.

-All participant organisations will hold a detailed meeting to prepare


participants for the best possible mobility. In this meeting, all details of the
mobility (host organisation, partners, planned activities, timetable etc.) will be
explained to the participants by using the information presentations from the
host and partner organisations.

- Dissemination Boards will organise visits stakeholders and other


organisations to give them information about flow and take their suggestions
before flow.

-All partners will record a video that singing a part of a song by young
people. (virtual component before flow)

-COORDINATOR and TURKEY will design project web site.

-Evaluation Boards will follow the statistics (number of members, viewing


rate) on the Project website regularly.

-All partners will organise meetings to monitor time and budget management.

-Coordinator will organise online meeting with partners to evaluate activities


carried out and will be carried out.

-Coordinator will request their monthly implementation reports in the first


week of each month. Besides, all partners will upload their documents

APRIL 2022
-LITHUANIA will create project’s social media page

-A video clip will be created by using Web 2.0 tools. (virtual component in
flow)

-Before the day of the Earth (21st of April 2022), an online live public event
will be organised and one group leader from all partner countries will join this
live event and share their experiences about the activity. (virtual component
after flow)

-On the day of the Earth (22nd of April 2022), an online activity on social
media pages of the project will be organised and one participant from all
partner countries will join this activity and share their experiences. (virtual
component after flow)

Dissemination team will design a calendar by using photos from flow and
hand out the calendar to relevant organisations.

-Legal representatives will organise meeting with project board leaders for
the evaluation of budget and time management.

-Coordinator will organise online meeting with partners to evaluate activities


carried out and will be carried out.

-Coordinator will request their monthly implementation reports in the first


week of each month. Besides, all partners will upload their documents

MAY 2022 -Evaluation boards will assess the results of two surveys (participant
satisfaction survey and mobility assessment survey) by applying the ratio
scale method after flow.

-ITALY will create project YouTube channel

- Dissemination Boards will start to prepare new dissemination materials


(leaflet, banner, booklet etc.) after flow

-Dissemination Boards will visit other organisations and stakeholders to share


with them project’s gain and get their support for dissemination.

-Dissemination Boards will visit schools in the region to share project results

-Dissemination Boards will organise a public event as exhibition of photos


that will be shot by members about “Human and Nature”

- Coordinator will organize an online meeting for all participants from all
partners in order to evaluate the flow and follow up.

-All partners will organise meetings to monitor time and budget management.

carried out and will be carried out.

JUNE 2022 -All partners will analyse the sample waters with related organisations or
experts and will share and compare their results with others via online
meeting. (virtual component after flow)

- CZECH REPUBLIC will publish project e-magazine that includes


information about project, interview with participants to get their
observations etc.

- Legal representative will share project gains by local press

- Dissemination Boards will distribute a brochure to public about project


studies and gains.
-The boards will hold a final meeting with all stakeholders; they will get a
feedback and the impact of the project.

-Evaluation board will conduct to the 40 members in their organisations the
