The work should be carried out with following technical requirements:- Training
program on Green Co Rating & preparation of documents (Sub item no.1):-
Tenderer should help to apply for GreenCo rating through registration form to
be submit to Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).After confirmation from CII
validating the registration, tenderer should conduct a training program for unit
to help RSK team to understand the concepts addressed under the GreenCo
framework, impart training & awareness to functional team on GreenCo Rating
parameters, Share National & Global best practices in Green, Share best
practices from GreenCo rated companies, understand the operations of
workshop and their current level of green performance, Identify gaps/ short
term/long term improvement opportunities jointly with the RSK team, GreenCo
rating introduction & methodology, Energy Efficiency water conservation,
Renewable Energy,GHG Mitigation, waste Management, Material conservation
and recyclability, Green Supply Chain, Product Stewardship, Life Cycle
Assessment, Eco friendliness and innovation etc. Handholding visit of Pre-
assessment visit (Sub item no.2):-Tenderer should provide necessary support
to RSK team through handholding site visit for completion of GreenCo rating
program & detailed questionnaires to RSK team to understand the
data/document requirement. RSK will submit necessary data and documents
as per guidelines of the rating. Tenderer should suggest & guide RSK team in
implementing short term improvement measures, check & validate the data
3 adequacy under GreenCo guidelines and communicate the gapes to RSK No No Not Allowed
team, Facilitates RSK to network with service providers as required. Additional
handholding visit (If required) (Sub item no.3): - Tenderer should conduct
additional handholding pre assessment visit if required. Final site visit and
assessment (Sub item no.4):-Tender should arrange final site visit &
assessment for final evaluation by CII team, experts, assessors etc what so
ever as per guidelines of rating. Certification and award of Green Co Rating
(Sub item no.5):-Tenderer will arrange to provide GreenCo rating certificate to
Rail Spring Karkhana valid for a period of three years. Report on opportunities
for improvement/feedback report for the unit (Sub item no.6):-Tenderer should
arrange to submit findings of GreenCo rating assessment indicating current
performance, best practices and opportunities/feedback report for further
improvement in green. Annual Sustenance review 1 (1st year after Rating)
(Sub item no.7):-Tenderer should conduct Annual Sustenance review 1 (1st
year after Rating) to judge improvement of performance of Rail Spring
Karkhana and arrange to apply for re-assessment to better rating timely.
Annual Sustenance review 2 (2nd year after Rating) (Sub item no.8):-
Tenderer should conduct Annual Sustenance review 2 (2nd year after Rating)
to judge improvement of performance of Rail Spring Karkhana and arrange to
apply for re-assessment to better rating timely. In addition to above if any work
is required for GreenCo certification, work will be carried out by the contractor
free of cost.

This tender complies with Public Procurement Policy (Make in India) Order 2017, dated 15/06/2017, issued by
Department of Industrial Promotion and Policy, Ministry of Commerce, circulated vide Railway Board letter no.
2015/RS(G)/779/5 dated 03/08/2017 and 27/12/2017 and amendments/ revisions thereof.
