Procedures:

Day 1

1) The teacher explains that the students will be working at a Snowman Workshop!
Their jobs will be to create a snowman that has three main parts. (Hat, Nose, Arms)

How could technology be used to enhance at least two of your formative assessment
strategies? Explain the enhancement for each.

Technology could be implemented in this lesson in many ways:

*To check for understanding before the lesson, the teacher could create an online KWL chart
that students fill out. This could be used using Google Docs

*The teacher could incorporate a Google Form for the final assessment that the students fill
out in their Google Classroom that will immediately be sent to the teacher to review.

*The teacher could do a final Kahoot with the class that would provide a quick review of what
the students have learnt throughout the lessons
Closure:

*Students will be provided with an opportunity to show their classmates and parents their
snowmen and explain their work and understanding during a student-led conference.
