1. Do your lesson plans contain all essential elements? What are these elements? What do
you do to consider the learners’ needs and capacity, availability resources and teaching
skills?

Yes, my lesson plan serves as my road map for a particular lesson. It is a guide for my
instruction and contains details of what I and my learners will do to tackle a particular topic.
My lesson plans answer the following questions: What should be taught? How should it be
taught? and, how should learning be assessed? My lesson plans follow the Curriculum
Guide (CG) of the learning area. They all contain including the content standards or the
essential knowledge that students need to learn, performance standards or the abilities and
skills learners need to demonstrate in relation to the knowledge they have learned, and
learning competencies or the knowledge, skills, and attitudes learners need to demonstrate
in every lesson.

2. How do you ensure that your learning activities are relevant to the topic? What factors do
you consider?

To ensure that learning activities are relevant to the topic I make sure that all the activities
help my students achieve the learning objectives. I also consider that all the activities are
attainable and consider the learning styles of the learners.

3. To what extent do you participate in and/or cooperate with your cooperating teacher in the
planning and implementing of the classroom activities that contribute to the development
of your learners? Provide two examples.

I assist my cooperating teacher in every way. I help her implementing the classroom
activities. I also give time to ask my teacher regarding on the personal information of every
learner, in this way I have a knowledge on what factors that learners in to improve.
