ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
2nd Semester, S.Y. 2020 -2021

INTRODUCTION

It is an honor for me to have a chance to work in Davao Oriental State

University. It was not really a big adjustment to me working here for the people
are very kind and approachable. Second semester is my first semester teacher
in this institution and it was great and full of learning. With regards with
teaching issues all of us are doing teaching in an online way. Therefore,
internet connection is a struggle it was also a challenge for me to reach my
students living in the far flung areas, I had to extend more effort just to reach
them. I had to work and respond to student needs even it was no longer office
hours, as a teacher I have to entertain their concerns for they are in need and
also considering this pandemic situation. I developed and saw myself being the
flexible teacher. It was such an honor for me to think that I did my duties as a
teacher and as an employee in Davao Oriental State University. I also can not
forget the workmates I had they were always ready to answer my questions and
they never hesitated helping me. I am always grateful that I was able to share
my knowledge, skills, and abilities with my students and the institution.
I am always happy to serve in guiding the students to the right path and
be holistically developed individuals to have a brighter future ahead of them. I
will always do my best as a teacher of this institution.

The Part Time Lecturer performed the following functions:

1. Learners Development

1. Teachers were assigned according to area/s of specialization. 

2. Carefully prepared lessons based on the subject matter’s objectives
specified from the course syllabus.
3. Supervised students learning needs, school-related problems, and
ensure quality teaching.
4. Provide varied learning activities, strategies, and methods to cater
to student individual learning preferences and learning styles.
5. Carried out examinations aimed at measuring the students’ learn-
ing of every subject matter discussed.
6. Assesses and evaluates student’s progress.

7. Submits reports of grades and other instruction and production re-
ports on time.

2. Professional Growth

a. Implements quality teaching, authentic assessment and innova-

tive methodologies, approaches and most importantly educa-
tional outcomes;
b. Attends all meetings called by the department/institute and/or
the office of the Director for instruction, human resource, sports
office, and the President.
c. Does voluntary extra/co-curricular activities/task/works that
may assigned by authorities in the exigency of service like; ac-
creditation and institute extension activities.
