1. What measures have you taken to assure yourself that your test items were clear and simple?

To assure that my test is clear and simple, I measure my test on its validity, reliability, objectivity,
administrability, scorability, comprehensiveness, interpretability, and economy which all
determined to be clear and simple test.

2. Do your test items provide for a wide range of differences in ability? Describe how this has been
catered for.

Yes, my test is a wide range for differences in ability. In my Science test, I consider all the levels
of cognitive domains such as remembering, understanding, applying, analysing, creating and
evaluating.
