 This study is focused on the Grade 11 Gadget Usage, to the students of Catholic

Central School of Tabaco, Albay where includes on effects to an individual for the over-

usage of gadgets. How much time the respondents spent using their gadgets? How

long does the grade 11 use their gadgets and what is the effect of over using of

gadgets? The study begins in grade 11 both sections that are excessively exposed of

mobile phones and other electronic gadgets. It shows that they are spend more

than/entire day in using gadgets and it can affect on their studies and mental health.

Then, they were subjected to data gathering procedures. The data collected will

be analyzed and interpreted. Findings will result to conclusions that will be vital in

solving and knowing the effects of how the students are over attached in mobile

phones/ gadgets.
