for sourcing from India. In a highly competitive global export/import industry, the Small and Medium
scale business sector is fragmented, suffers from information asymmetry, and struggles to compete
with large players due to lack of standardization in quality and output, no market access and ability
to scale. We are a fulfillment platform that focuses on end to end transaction ownership in the
international trade ecosystem which will cause a tangible difference in the journey for both buyers
and sellers, help them truly scale cutting across Global boundaries and compete with big players in
the industry. Indian manufacturing needs a strong disruption to transform and compete with its
Asian peers. We are just getting started in that direction.

We are a very early stage mode startup currently focussed on building our core Product Market fit
before scale up. We are angel funded by highly reputed Angel investors in India. We are based out
of Gurgaon and are currently focussed on building the business across ME and EU/US markets.
Over time, we will scale our business to cover South East Asia on the manufacturing side as well to
widen market access.

Founding team comprises of folks with strong academic pedigree and comes with a rich background
in working for highly successful startups like Uber and UrbanCompany (#1 e-commerce services
marketplace in India), consulting and banking.

About the role

We are looking to build a Category Fulfilment team across Kitchenware and Handicraft
segments. You will be working directly with the founders and be a key pillar in building the
business. Primary responsibilities include,

● Build  a  strong  on-ground  fulfilment  engine  by  establishing  the  right  SOPs  of 
manufacturing in conjunction with our manufacturing partners 
● Work  closely  with  our  tech  and  product  team  in  digitising  the  entire  manufacturing 
and supply chain flows of product exports 
● Build  strong  QA/QC  mechanisms  which  allows  real  time  problem  solving  across  all 
parts of the chain and helps in delivering great customer experience 
● Work  with  suppliers  to  build  new  products  through  value  and  design  innovation 
which will help us differentiate from competition in the market

It is a completely hands-on role where you will work hand-in-hand with the founders in building the
core business Product Market fit and scaling the business.

Location:​ ​Gurgaon with frequent International travel across supply markets

Ideal Candidate:
An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with good analytical skills
and is interested in working in a very early stage start up. We are looking for folks who are excited
about building 0 to 1 business and are interested in getting their hands dirty. Interested candidates
must have a strong inclination to collaborate with suppliers, empathetic towards a manufacturer’s
constraints and be creative in finding the right solutions

Some of the problems one can expect to solve include?

● How do we develop a fast fashion equivalent product portfolio for the home decor segment?
● What is the right supply side strategy to scale fast without compromising on quality?
● How to build a fully digital manufacturing and supply chain which truly enables 100%
visibility?
● How do we compete with institutional manufacturing of China and make Indian MSMEs
competitive in Global trade

Requirements:
● Graduates with a strong inclination to build a 0 to 1 company
● 0-4 years of experience in any form of operational, project management roles
● Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and a strong hustler mindset
● Willingness to get your hands dirty and solve on-ground problems of Indian Manufacturing
